KA-BAR #1462
KA-BAR model #1462 Impact Tanto Tactical knife offers a Contoured Zytel handle for easy grip control.
This knife features an epoxy powder coated, high carbon steel (1095) blade heat treated to a [HRC 56-58] hardness rating.
Its full 4 5/8" blade is hollow ground sharpened to 20 / 20 degrees with buff polished edges. The Tanto design has great penetration abilities.
Knife comes in a non-reflective all black finish, has a full straight edge tactical Tanto blade, and has an overall length of 9 1/4".
Made in Olean, New York, U.S.A. and proudly bears the KA-BAR brand.
Comes with a ballistic nylon KA-BAR / Eagle sheath with a molded blade insert which provides a firm, flexible, and quiet use condition. It has a Velcro lined belt loop with snap closure.
