The 5016-S is a black hard shell plastic sheath for 3/4 sized KA-BAR fixed blade knives.
These sheaths are known for their resistance to impact, corrosion, and abrasion, its all-weather performance, and its imperviousness to most chemicals, petroleum-based products, and moisture, including salt water.
The 5016-S sheath will fit all of the 3/4 KA-BAR 9 1/4" fixed blade knives and together with its several lashing ports and knife lock in, it provides multiple tie-down and mounting options, including upside down in a shoulder area or strapped to a LBV, or BA vest as well as the standard belt loop carry.
