1. Exchange: Within 14 days of the date of purchase, you may exchange the item. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
2. Return of Product: A 20% restocking fee will apply for all products that are returned without exchange. Return must take place within the first 14 days of the original order. All products must be in the same new unused condition they were originally shipped in and suitable for resale.
All returns must be approved by Tomar's KA-BAR Knives prior to the return being shipped. Please contact us to request Return Authorization information. You will be given a RMA# (return merchandise authorization number).
The return reason and any defective product information must be disclosed at that time. All returns will be inspected, and if valid, returns will be exchanged or a credit will be issued.
