Shipping Information
All of our domestic and international shipping is processed through USPS
(United States Postal Service) including APO & FPO military addresses.
Our domestic packages are shipped by Priority One Mail and will reach our customers normally within 2-4 business days inside the continental United States.
Our international packages are shipped using USPS International Priority Mail and will normally reach countries outside of the United States within 10 business days or less from the date of shipment, once there, delivery time would depend on the speed of the customs agency to clear the package, then the amount of time that the local postal service needs to physically deliver it to the customer.
We do not use other shipping methods unless another service is mutually agreed upon previous to placing an order.
Once an order has been processed, USPS will send an email confirmation to the customer stating that their package has been received by them for shipment and provide the customer with a delivery confirmation tracking number which can be used to track the progress of the delivery through the USPS delivery tracking page linked below for your convenience.
In the event that a customer needs to receive their order in a limited amount of time, we will arrange to have the shipment expedited by using USPS Express Mail. The customer will need to contact us prior to the purchase so that this method can be arranged and Express shipping charges calculated.
Engraving orders are shipped in a two step method utilizing two separate shipping services. We ship to the engraving service using USPS. The engraving service after completing the order will ship direct to the customer using UPS (United Parcel Service) in most cases within the continental U.S.
Customers who order engraving will need to supply a physical address with their order that UPS can deliver to.
