The BK-2 second generation sheath is constructed of a tough black hard shell plastic which provides a surface that protects the knife while traveling through rough and harsh terrains such as heavy brush.
The sheath is Molle compatible and has a built in guard edge snap ridge that holds the knife in the sheath as well as a handle snap retention strap to provide double security protection while on the go.
The sheath is resistance to impact, corrosion, and abrasion. Its all-weather performance and being impervious to most chemicals, petroleum-based products, and moisture, including salt water makes it very popular for use in wet areas.
It has several lashing ports which provide multiple tie-down options including being inverted upside down such as in a shoulder area or strapped to a LBV, BA vest, a pack, but also has the traditional belt loop mount carry.
The sheath will fit both the first and second generation BK-2 Campanion knives.
