Antique KA-BAR Lever Lock Pattern 21105
This knife is stamped "KA-BAR U.S.A." and is from possibly the 1920 era.
The knife is of original materials and has NOT been rehabbed and features original stag scales with no cracks but does have two small chips as shown on the reverse picture below.
The blade closes and locks tight indicating that the spring and lock pin are still both strong.
The lever works fine and the blade will open approximately 3/4 but requires manual assistance to lock open completely because of age.
The blade pin has developed a slight oblong shape from years of use and the blade has a slight wobble.
The knife has a 3 3/16" blade and measures 4 1/2" when closed.
The blade has one nick in it as shown in the picture.
Overall this knife stamped KA-BAR U.S.A. is a rare find for any serious collector.
